    If you're able, bring either a high raw damage low element fire sword or a high raw low element water sword. Sharpness also helps a ton, especially in g-rank. Alternatively, you could just use a slime weapon.

    you have to switch up your weapon on different monsters. Lance and gunlance make narg a joke, but theyre horrible on i lagiacrus through my experience.

    The weapons you have sound good. Besides, if dual blades are the weapon you do best with, your skill should make up for any shortcomings related to the weapon.
