I've noticed a lot of people yeahed my comments regarding DLC distribution. I have no intentions of changing what I said, but I will say congrats to people who own either a 3DS or Wii U and not the other, because they'll get Mewtwo as a paid download. It's such a shame that Lucas can't join the game, but if he's DLC, I don't think I'll purchase him; Rosalina has proven to be a better...
...controllable character so far. Anyways, has anyone noticed amiibo could completely replace DLC? All one has to do is link an amiibo to a compatible game, and boom! You get any additional content post-game. Wouldn't it be a fantastic deal paying at least $13 dollars for a generation's worth of DLC (and beyond, if future Nintendo consoles support amiibo)? It's just something I hope Nintendo...
...thinks about. I'd rather have a Lucas amiibo that I can't use at all than pay digitally for him. Either way, I'd rather Sakurai take that much-needed break or get to work on a new project than spend several months creating pointless character DLC to appease to customers whose demanded characters couldn't be in the game.
My Smash Bros characters i would like to see. Kid Chameleon, Alex the kidd, Shinobi, Bug, Virtua fighter characters, the character off Shenmue, Miss Bowser, Goomba, Santa Claus & Robin Hood. Thanks for reading from Master Wii ;^D
And another thing we all seem to be forgetting: character creation in this game wasn't just limited to moves, idle animations and taunts; if new characters are to be created as DLC, they'll have to be severely tweaked to even be used online, Palutena's Guidances (and other commentary for the character) will have to be made for them, and let's not forget they'll have to have 12 custom moves.
Brawl had all the best music... And the Subspace Emissary. It was just not that good in the other places. My little bro mained Snake, so I WOULD like to see him return as DLC. I mained Wolf, Mario, Marth, Lucas, and Ness.
Sakurai can't magically wave a wand and cook up all this for new characters, unless, probably like Mewtwo, they were in development during the timeframe, but couldn't be finished by the day of the game's release. Where are the chances Sakurai's working on at least one other character besides Mewtwo?
The Boxing Ring has a song from Captain Rainbow in its music lineup, and its slider is turned all the way down by default. There's also a medley from Shin-Onigashima from Brawl but it's turned slightly up in comparison. Care to explain this?
One of my favorite things to do in Brawl is listening to the music choices for the stages, and I'm looking forward to listening to all these new songs for the Wii U version.

Still a lot more music to get in my game but its all so good! CDs are just as uncommon if not more than they were in Brawl. Didn't think to look at sounds for Metal Face, really interested in what he says.
I still wish they could have included the ice climber's music in the game. Now that I think about it, eight player smash with all ice climbers would have been quite the spectacle.
I noticed CD's don't drop anymore during smash battles? Is this correct? Do we have to finish event mode matches to get them now? I need clarification I need some more tunes :)
It'll be interesting and fun to play around with how often certain music plays on different stages...I'm looking forward to when I can play the Wii-U version, that's for sure...:)
I can't believe how much music is in this game! Unfortunately it seems like there might be a bit too much reliance on old remixes and original tracks for some stages, though.
I wanted to hear G&W's voice, though... Oh well. The music in this game is great! I'm so glad to hear things like Escape from the City, Reach for the Stars, The Grand Finale, and others!
Also, did anyone see Sonic remixes. I know I'm being "that guy" but I 'm curious how Nintendo would remix great music from a library of games and make even better. Hopefully there is an unlockable remix.
I Sure hope that Bowser Jr.'s theme from Super Mario Galaxy, Endless Possibilities from Sonic Unleashed (having Main Themes from all Main Sonic Games) and Unova Battle Music are on the Full Tracklist. Wouldn't be good if they're not.
I hope there are not only dozen rearrangements of the same tracks. It would be nice if we get a vast number of different tracks from as many games as possible.
Seems like a fun game! ill probably buy it in a few weeks going to see if it goes on 'SALEl for Black Friday all new PS4 games and X-box 1 games are on 'SALE' but i didn't find anything on Wiiu other than 3ds games so i guess ill have to wait and see! I hope its on 'Sale'
I didn't think you would keep going with PotD? Over all a very nice game and one that tops all of the smash games. Thank you for your hard work. You and your team have really put a lot of effort into this thinking about every little detail you could.
The people suprised that PoD is still going are so ignorant. Of course its still going, only you have the game, the rest of the world is still waiting.
I'm assuming that Mute City v.2 is unlockable, because I couldn't find it anywhere in My Music (or maybe I just missed it).
Another note: Wii U Smash is out only in North America, so the POTDs are still there for everyone else worldwide.
