You can defeat the last boss without losing any Pikmin by using Rock Pikmin only. To attack the elements spheres throw Rock Pikmin at the fire cube. Bring out other colors of Pikmin to break the water and electric spheres. Avoid the fire and water spheres and if you do just whistle them. Keep on doing this and you defeat him or just wait till the next day to deafeat him or lower his health down.
