You definitely want this guy in your township. he can teach some cool spells like flame, thunder and missile to any character! his mood (Dragon tear) determines what spell he teaches. When you talk to him with 1 hp or 0 ap his mood gets better and at full hp ap his mood goes down. if you have trouble getting to certain colour mood then try putting your ap at 1 or 2 then talk to him
