    You need a kid.When hes fully grown up,you can choose to either keep him as a permanant resident in the hotel or send him to travel the world...although he/she won't come back for some time to visit.Your welcome:)

    Two miis have to have a baby, in 3 to 4 days it'll be old enough and you can choose to make them a traveler or have them move in to the apartments. They leave when you streetpass someone with the game.
