    It's a hard one, but don't use the master ball. Use dusk balls and pokeballs. Use a flying type. AND SAVE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Had to redo a gym twice cuz of not doing this.

    There are NO roaming pokemon in X/Y. Whichever bird you get always runs untill you chase it to the Sea Spirits Den. Save that master ball for a shiny or something special.

    Fact: Catching every pokemon has always been optional. Beating the Elite 4, has not.

    Good news: So I find the pokemon at lvl 70, but all my pokemon are at lvl 40. So knowing that attacks won't do much, I just pokeball spam it. It fainted 4 of my 5 pokemon, but I finally caught it!!
