Accomplishment

So, from what I've heard, Mario is buffed up in the new Smash Bros. Good thing I got used to his moveset and mained him when he was a bottom tier.

You can't simply take tiers out of a game. No game is perfectly balanced.

I've never really played Sonic, but I'm pretty sure he's going to be better than he was in Brawl. It's just inevitable.

If you find Soulcalibur to be perfectly balanced, that's an opinion. I won't argue with you. Namco doesn't have the ability to perfectly balance every game they develop, though.
