This might be a very STUPID Theory but in the Ending in MM, I'm assuming the part of Saria's Song before The End Logo pops up, I think Link was trying to call Saria since he got lost in the Mysterious Forest.

    Skull Kid actually knows Saria's Song. He's actually the same Skull Kid you see in OoT where you play Saria's Song for him.
