I lost my internet connection, because my DSL modem crapped out. I've upgraded to U-verse, so I've returned to MiiVerse. Lol! In case anyone was actually missing my presence.

Alright, that's enough of the funny business Tech. Lol! I'm trying to have a serious conversation with all of my MiiVerse friend's. Did I cross the line or something???

Not at all William. You felt like you needed to say that and we are hear to listen. I just hope everything works out for the best for you!

Thanks, Tech! I was beginning to think I crossed some kind of boundary there for a minute. I appreciate your concern, and I hope this leads to more personal conversations, in the future. That's the only possible way for friendships to progress into something more interpersonal. Some may see that as being too sensitive, but I see it as being courageous.

The short-term memory loss is probably from sleep deprivation. I have the same problem remembering stuff that just happened myself. :/

It sounds like you are on too many meds. I'm no doctor, but it can't be good to be on all that stuff at the same time. I hope you overcome this, not by meds but by your own willpower. Get it? "Will"power? You can do it!

I can concur to the lack of sleep and memory loss. Being tired all the time really stinks but I don't have a problem going to sleep, I have a one year old. It also effects your motor skills. Seems like in the last 6 year's or so I drop things for no apparent reason. In the last 2 year's I can probably counts on 2 hands the Times I slept for 6 or more hours straight.

@Zach, you're most likely correct. Instead of increasing my dosage of Clonazepam, which is a long-lived form of Benzodiazepine, he added Trazodone to my regiment. Which I'm using to help my insomnia. Paxil is a Serotonin uptaker. I read in my perscription information printout that Trazodone has an increased risk of causing Serotonin Syndrome, if you're already taking an antidepressant. cont.→

There's also an increased risk of Serotonin syndrome, if you've recently had an increase in the dosage of one of your medication's. The day my physciatrist added Trazodone to my regiment, I also had an increase in my Paxil dosage, which is also an antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication. So I'm a little bit worried that I may acquire Serotonin syndrome in the near future. cont.→

Even though, Serotonin syndrome only effects 1-2% of those who are perscribed an antidepressant that increases Serotonin. I'm going to be evaluated tomorrow to see if I'm able to be perscribed another type of muscle relaxant, because I was suffering some horrible side effects from taking Naproxen. Including: stomach cramps, cramps in my colon, pain in my back muscle's and spine.

@Tech, it seems as if you may be suffering from narcolepsy, my friend. Have you ever informed your primary physician about your unhealthy sleeping habit's? That can't be healthy for you either. Also, have you tried taking Melotonin before bedtime?

The only.thing I'm suffering from is a one year old that doesn't sleep well. It will get better as he gets older but of my 3 kids he is by far the worst sleeper.

Doesn't narcolepsy mean you might fall asleep at a moment's notice? Kind of the opposite of insomnia.

@Zack, exactly. I had mistaken what Tech mentioned above. I didn't know his only issue with his lack of sleep was due to his one year old son. @Tech, very young children don't need as much sleep as an adult. Maybe you and your wife should take turns putting your son to sleep. That way neither of you would have to suffer from sleep deprivation as much.

Hate to nitpick everything you say, but young children do need more sleep than adults! Their growing bodies need the sleep and the older you get the less sleep you need.

Actually Zach, that information is incorrect, my friend. An adult's brain chemistry is much more different than a child's. Adults actually need more sleep than children do. Especially, after the age of 30. Which is when the human brain begins to slowly deteriorate. Children need less sleep, even though their bodies are still developing. Children have much more energy than an adults do. cont.→

Plus, adults, especially parents, have many more daily stressors than children. Due to this, adults need more and a deeper sleep to replenish and restore themselves mentally and physically. It's just some information I picked up along way, as I do extensive research about my medication's and the effects they have on the human body. Which leads me to even more research about receptors and the cont.

chemicals they activate the production of in the brain and or the human body itself. Trust me on this Zach, I know what I talking about, my friend. I'm far from having an ego, I'm actually a very humble person, so don't take my words as some type debate. I'm just trying to inform you bro.

I don't know. I've always heard old people only need five or six hours of sleep a might while children need eight or nine. Look at babies, they sleep constantly. Even older kids need a nap or two throughout the day. I'm not talking about brain chemistry. I'm just saying, get that kid a nap or he's going to be cranky!
