Apparently, it was the Xenoblade WRITER that re-Tweeted the Smash Bros. announcement. And he re-Tweets a lot more than Xenoblade stuff. Also, if this DID point to Shulk, wouldn't the writer spoiling the surprise get a bunch of Nintendo higher-ups ticked off at him?

I know, but it would just seem like an obvious hint for such a top-secret project. It just doesn't seem very professional.

  • Guys from Monolith Soft have done this before before prior to announcements (E3, Nintendo Direct)

Wonder Red was pretty much deconfirmed. Sorry.

  • Sakurai probably asked the writer to retweet it. He IS the king of trolls, after all.

  • Sam.... You may be on to something.

It isn't like Sakurai to show a new character without giving them an official introduction. He may be a tad troll-ish, but that's a bit much, don't you think? Same thing with your theory that Sakurai arranged the re-Tweet, Sam. I'm pretty sure we're all overthinking things.

  • shuh...shhshhshhshhshh......

    Yeahs0
  • We probably are. But we all know shulk will be in, one way or the other.

    Yeahs0
  • Well, keep in mind Nexy Level Games spoiled little mac...
