    you have to evolve eevee by using pokemon amie and by making the eevee learn a fairy move like charm or babydoll eyes after this feed the eevee with pokepuffs until he dont wants more and level up him PS;Sorry for bad english

    You can catch wild Eevee in Route 10. To evolve it into Sylveon you must level it up with a bond of two hearts in Pokemon-Amie while Eevee knows a fairy type move.

    You find eevee on route 10. As Joao says, play with eevee in pokemon amie. If it knows a fairy move and has 2 hearts in p-a, it will become sylveon when it levels up.

    Im too lazy to see my pokedex but i got an eevee by WT as i know he is in some route with an 8 not sure if is 8 or 18 and he is uncommon in the route that him appears
