    It's a pain. First part is just falling off right. You kinda have to hold A & RT just as you walk off so you'll go right into a dive. While diving, rotate right towards the next goal. Come out of the dive about level with the middle of the ring and try to aim right for the next one. You can cheat a little by grapple boosting near-by ledges. As long as you don't touch the ground you're good.
