    in the opposite side of where you are near the rock throwing insects are you'll see between the leaves a bouncing mushroom throw yellow pikmin at it and they will land in the other chocolate platform rising the one your standing on (depending on the ammount of pikmin as well) leave a Captain in where your standing and throw the Pikmin towards the other to rise up to the area
