This community makes me wish that Miiverse could only be accessed by people over 18.

It doesn't have anything to do with age. Most of these people are probably bored 30 year olds, trolling miiverse for the heck of it. Can hardly blame them when it's so easy. I once convinced somebody that I REAALLY wanted Wonder Woman in smash as a female role model. He was so distraught.

Dude, this is a nintendo service, so that'd be kindof bad for a lot of people. They'd just lie about their age though.
