    I don't think anyone really wanted Oot3D or Wind Waker HD. that is to say, they weren't things because fans requested them to be so. They were ideas that Nintendo thought would be good.

    Nintendo isn't developing Hyrule Warriors. TecmoKoei, the developers of Dynasty Warriors, is making Hyrule Warriors. Nintendo also didn't "develop" OoT3D, that was Grezzo. And as far as Wind Waker HD

    They really didn't change much. It was mostly all the same graphics with just a new lightning engine and a few gameplay mechanic changes.

    Even though they didn't develope it, they still ordered and have the copyrights to it. So again I don't see why not.

    Even Grezzo's remake of OoT wasn't that good. There were missing visual effects compared to the original N64 game, and they also did some questionable replacements for most of Link's animations.

    Honestly, a game "like" Majora's Mask would be much better than a Majora's Mask remake. Just the same way that MM was just primarily the same game engine as OoT, a new 3DSZelda could use that engine.
