When I encounter a Legendary Pokémon, keep using any kinds of Pokéballs and they never work. So I let my brother do it and he always catch them with a regular Pokéball without fail. He's sooo lucky!!!

    Do you try lowering its HP, paralyzing it and using balls that provide higher catch rates? All legendaries in X and Y are in dark places. Use Dusk Balls for a 4x multiplier and a quick ball for 5x.

    tip- after a really long battle,paralise or sleep the pokemon and use a timer ball.

    I did that like a bunch of times... Lowering down HP, give it a Status Problem, everything! Timer Ball keep losing its touch after a few turns. I used to think using Timer Balls was pretty cool.

    It takes A LOT of turns for timer balls to reach max catch rate which is only a 4 or 5x. Just use the balls I told you.

    Paralysis is the best status because it lasts forever (puts 'em in a wheel chair) and slows them greatly and has a chance that they can't attack.

    Xerneas/Yveltal are easy, Quick balled Mewtwo, Master balled Zygarde, got Articuno on first dusk ball.

    try alternating diffrent pokeballs- ultra , pokeball, timer, dusk, and repeat over and over again. it takes a long time, but eventually when you have a 1hp sleeping confused pokemon, it'll work.
