  • Nintendo should actually charge 25 cents per continue, and weapon shops. I prefer playing an emulated copy with infinite coins. Then it's playable. The NES version was amazing compared to the arcade

  • Technos themselves made the NES version hence it sucked less, while Rosetta's development was left to some amateurs, East Technology. Technos were developing Combatribes at the time.

  • 'Tribes was an ok game in my opinion, but I don't think it was worth allowing some moneygrubbing, drooling idiots to sabotage DD. Especially since they never made a sequel.

  • Double Dragon was finished after Super Double Dragon. V wasn't a real DD game. Neon was a worthy installment, but it was a remake. Same with Advance.

  • I wish they would've made Double Dragon Advance II. Lots of great fan games were released over the years but were given the cease & desist heave ho one by one.

  • Our best hope is to play fanmade games.

  • Double Dragon Forever was my favourite, and it wasn't even close to finished, then it was pulled. I wish some of these geniuses had the rights to the license...

  • I don't really care for the OpenBOR engine games though, but that's just personal preference talking. 8]

  • I'm gonna make some fangames next year in Python, once my class is finished. I think I'll make Double Dragon, Castlevania, and Contras for myself, but release modified versions of the code without

  • the copyrighted characters and such. That way, I break no laws, source code doesn't get pulled, etc. For example: "Scary Castle", "Deadly Duo", and "Supersoldier", respectively. Same gameplay,

  • but different names and sprites for copyrighted characters. I can't get caught for copyright as long as I don't publicly release the games under their real names.

  • They did do a Double Dragon 2 remake for XBLA, I don't remember if I liked it or not though.

  • DD3 Arcade was on Genesis, however I think it was an unlicensed game.

  • Wander of the Dragon, right? I think I endured the demo for about 6 minutes, then went off to have a puke. =(

  • I heard it was horrible. Neon's a pretty good game, though
