    I agree with you, but only because of OoT3d. Your points are valid, but in the N64 days, graphics were shoddy and don't stand the test of time like LttP. Also the controls were sketchier. LttP is ...

    pretty grand in scope and far more difficult. Also no Navi handholding. All that said, OoT is the greater game, but it took the 3ds version to settle it for me.

    Im not talking about the 3D from the 3ds (which I dont care that much for anyway) But your right! graphics don't matter (well they kinda do...) Its the gameplay...Oot is just more fluent...

    And yes, Oot does borrow alot from ALTTP but it has so much originality that it really doesn't matter. Nobody will ever agree on which ones better but to me 3d makes the puzzles and dungeons better.

    Right, we are of the same mind. The “3d effect” on 3ds is a fun gimmick, but the third dimension of puzzle solving and combat is a major upgrade. OoT 3d improved the controls, that was major. Boots as

    item instead of gear, dedicated ocarina button, smoother bow handling ... LttP is a top down classic, yeah, byt OoT CHANGED GAMING! Just didn't age as well, but the 3ds version refreshed it.

    And people forget how annoying one item slot is to modern gamers. I'm 34, played it in 1992, and it still is a chafing adjustment when I start an LttP run to constantly pause to switch items.

    Ah just been at it on LoZ for more than a ¼ century. You had the gumption to post a strong, slightly controversial opinion eliciting thought. I think most fans take OoT over LttP. 2 all-time classics.

    Yeah...and your right with the whole remake thing because when you play Oot 3d and then the 64 one, the 64 on seems more choppy and dark but the 3d version is perfect!
