    Stamps are in the handwritten option, but only for posts made by pressing the green 'Post' button after a level or on the World Map.

    First, you press pause, turn the Miiverse icon on, then after you do that, quit from the pause menu and return to the game. In the upper right there should be an icon that says "post". You press that↓
