    Not to be confused with the Japanese Vampire Killer, which Europeans called New Generation and came to the US as Castlevania Bloodlines on Sega Genesis. Yeah there are a lot of naming issues.

    The MSX Castlevania was a retelling of the NES/Famicom game, but you could walk around free in levels & you must locate keys & buy items from merchants to advance. Keys came back for Rondo of Blood.
