I love this game, but I still have no idea how the experience point system works for leveling up. Hearts give experience, but not all the time, sometimes only outdoors sometimes only at night? Wha?!

    I'm pretty sure its determined by what Level you are at currently and how strong the enemies you are defeating in the area are.

    ^Yeah. If you just leveled up, you have to go to a new area to do it. Hearts are worth more at night than at day for both money and XP. The big hearts are more than the animal hearts...

    So far I have added 6 or 8 bars of health. I wonder if u can get more bars or is it caped off at that lv.

    Here's a tip. Only work for hearts on the mansions. Time stops there and you will get the best ending this way. You only get one energy level upgrade per mansion with the exception of the 'last' one.
