    the same thing happens to me its the side of your ds, it got out of place a tiny little bit and now its making that noise because your pressing on the back pushing it back into place

    just try not to press down so hard and dont put pressure on the back that much when you play

    if im not right then theres something wrong inside the ds but i dont think thats it check the side of your ds and press on the back it should make that noise if it does then im right

    im am not a pro, you should call nintendo about it they could fix it go also i would go to there website and go to 3ds system support, sorry if im wrong, im not a pro. i hope i helped
