    did you go the other way? find someone to talk to and the propellers that control the water will stop working. find the pillow where you see the hammer on top of the rock and rescue that guardian...

    after that, talk to him and get on top of the ledge to the left to get the hammer. break the rocks andget the pieces for that water fountain. chase down that guy who took the pillow and beat the boss.
