Wait... Did I just... BEAT Super C!? There isn't a secret boss post staff roll, I hope. No save states were used, and I didn't die the entire final stage (I <3 the spread shot).

    When I don't have the spread weapon I'm terrified of everything lol. It's like dying in Gradius and losing all your upgrades; things seem quite bleak, all of a sudden xD.

    That is a fact. In any Contra I feel naked without spread. As soon as I die, I'm like "...Huh? Oh no. Oh, no no no!" It is terrifying. Do you play Contra 3 at all?

    Yeah, but I kept dying on the final boss. I do fairly well the rest of the game and just choke the last stage xD.

    Yeah, most people disagee with me, but I have always felt like The Alien Wars was the hardest Contra. I think its because I can't get accustomed to the style. So used to Contra and Super C I guess.
