  • "4649" is Japanese internet slang for "Yoroshiku". It literally translates to "Pleased to meet you", and in this context would also mean "Let's have a good game."

  • 4649 comes from the first sound of each number. 4 - (Yo)n 6 - (Ro)ku 4 - (Shi) 9 - (Ku) (4 can be said in two different ways in Japanese depending on context, though the same kanji character is used)
