Hi everyone, producer Tadashi Sugiyama here! I'm happy to know that you're using Wii Fit U regularly! I enjoy reading your Miiverse comments, too. Your thoughts and opinions about Wii Fit U are really helpful. Today I want to share another tip about the Fit Meter. Have you noticed that when you're using the Fit Meter, it makes four different sounds according to your activity? This is how it works: 1. 3 minutes at 3 METs or higher: Sound A 2. 10 minutes at 3 METs or higher: Sound B 3. 30 minutes at 3 METs or higher: Sound C 4. Calorie goal reached: Fanfare Activity of 3 METs is counted as aerobic exercise, which is a form of exercise thought to be very effective for burning body fat. You'll hear different sounds when you keep up at least this level of activity for 3, 10 or 30 minutes. In addition, the Fit Meter will let you know when you reach your calorie goal by sounding a fanfare. Even if you don't hear that fanfare when you're out and about, you know you can still burn off the remaining calories at home with Wii Fit U. By the way, don't forget that you can also mute the sound on the Fit Meter when you need to!
