is extra content not downloadable any more? it says if its red it needs to be downloaded but i tried a few times and it stayed red

not the quests. just the extras, like the free points, titles, backgrounds, extra granny stuff

She only has the good stuff on certain days you have to check with her after every quest to see what she has

she never does. i check after every single quest. i heard its a download. thats why i was trying to get it but it wont download
