    Be sure to break high rank Ivory Lagiacrus horns, sever its tail then capture it, these are your best options, be it you get it from tail being 5% chance, wish you the best.

    The best option is to break his back. However, the chances are greater with GoodLuck food or an armour with that ability

    plate is LR, sapphires are HR. plate CAN drop in HR but not in G

    Can be low as well with lowered chances, what I've put is the best chance I've ever gotten some, just back and forth couple times to get 1-2 plates separate quests my total being 8-12 same quests.
