how does elemental power get calculated? example: i have a hammer with 1500 raw power and 400 slime. how do the 2 numbers work together?

    Element is divided by 10 then multiplied by the sharpness modifier and the hitzone of the monster. Slime isn't an element, though, it's a status, so it isn't direct damage.

    dividers are back, divide element and status by 10, raw by the following: GS: 4.8, LS: 3.3, SnS&DB: 1.4, lance&GL: 2.3, hammer: 5.2, SA & HH: 4.6. Ranged weapons are a bit more complicated.
