    it happen to me to ...just wash the disc with warm water and dont leave any finger print on lol thats how mine work

    l cleaned it a lot of times, and did not work, l think l have to buy another one... the disc doesnt have even 1 scratch, l just dont kwon what the hell happened to it ;(
