    Default until his shield goes down (it should take 2-4 turns) then use a bunch of lightening attacks also if you have some one with a special move using demon/lightening use it.

    Default once it turns yellow, as its energy burst attack is powerful and hits everyone. Then attack until it turns purple again.

    Beets? Use fertilizer. Haa, ok, default one more time after his shield goes down or else its multi-target attack will probably 1-shot most of your party.

    Black mage(s). Salve Maker can use compounding to fully revive (potion + pheonix), so that could be either the main or secondary job for your healer.

    Look at your map. Unless you've disabled it, there should be blue !'s on it. Go to the one furthest north, and go left when you get in the building.

    Maybe you should level-grind first. Make sure your healer's in top form. Do you have Raise? I think that's sold in the shop on that continent. Watch out for the hit that does 9999, and be ready -

    Dispel his Regen. Bring lots of Phoenix Downs. Star Pendants help. And, pleeease do not use Damage Dispersion. That's all.
