    Let the white mage focus on HEALING teammates at ALL TIMES. Only small exceptions can be made. The Fire Head is weak to Blizzard. It is recommended to finish off the Fire Head first.

    After the Fire Head has been KO'd, Focus a lot of Fire on the Blue Head. If this doesnt help, reorganize your jobs and then your equipped items and supports. Do what ive said again, its bound to work.
