    Use strategy! That's the #1 thing with this boss, standard approaches won't work. Saving BP and splurging at once gives him extra BP, if you didn't notice. Attack him gradually, not all at once.

    The Thief has a great attack for this, Godspeed Strike, as you can save up turns and use them at once in a great attack. Also try to have a designated healer to cure the Charms, and equip them-

    with the item that makes you immune to Charm. Summoner Lvl 2 also gets the Abate Lightning ability, which might help if you want to give everybody that.
