Cheap way: use the Utsusemi + Attack + Turn Tables strategy. Otherwise, make absolutely sure your healer is faster than him as Bone Crush finishes you off if you have less than 50% HP.

Brave twice: Utsusemi first, then whatever action you want second. Have Turn Tables equipped. Then set the game on Auto; Turn Tables will get your BP back while you attack/heal.
