    You actually have a great team for facing them. Tiz can use Rampart to block their breath attacks. Have Agnès cast Fairy Ward to block status effects. Edea can use Utsusemi to dodge on top of Rampart.

    You can also have Agnès use Enigma or Greater Spirit Ward after the dragons use their eye attack to get rid of the elemental weakness.

    Spiritmaster abilities. I guess you might need to level her up some if you don't have them. Although you should be fine if you just use Rampart.

    Maybe make Ringabel a Ranger? If Tiz is still too slow you could make him a faster class with Holy Arts so he can put Rampart up before the dragon attacks!
