    DeRosso has a pattern. The turn after he uses Battle Thirst, he WILL use Energy Burst. Also, he will probably use Bone Crush after either that or Graviga. Keep your HP up and use Stillness/Rampart.

    the redmage? if you dont have spiritmaster at that point try black/white/monk/knight keep heals up and use the white-mage attack on your charmed teammates (saves mp)
