    You gotta complete certain shops in norende. And then others you get from side quests later on I think. :) hope that helps.

    You need to rebuild certain Norende shops to level 11, then you can purchase the outfits from the trader. I hear the outfits do not change in the US version since they don't occupy an armor slot.

    As for how to equip, you need to go 'outfits' section under 'equip' menu
