Yes, White Mage the class that can easily raise and heal whoever Qada's 9999 in one turn at lvl 6 and dispel Qada's regen at lvl 9. That said a lvl 10 Red Mage would also work.

Eh, I already, beat Qada, but if you really want my team it was Agnes on White Mage, Tiz on Two-Handed Knight, Ringabel on Monk, and Edea on Valkyrie.

Agnes kept everyone alive while dispelled Qada's Regen and everyone else did as much damage as they could, Qada's Dark Breath can do up to 9999 damage so no point of having a tank.
