    What is your team like? You should have all 4 as all out attackers. Brave 4 times at the beginning of battle and defeat all enemies before they even have a chance to strike back.

    in my opinion all your jobs besides the white madge are weak jobs that can be replaced later on but for now they're ok maybe you could makke the spell fencer a black magician cause he's got more powe
