    You don't use a camera. You can do this at almost any time in almost any Wii U game. You push the home button, go to miiverse, click "post", and in the upper right corner...

    There is a button. You can also upload your screenshots by clicking on the internet browser rather than on miiverse. You upload a screenshot however you'd upload a picture.
