Going to post the four possible Sinking Lure locations. Assume that the entrance is at the south end. This first one is on the west side, on top of a log near some lily pads (continued in comments).

    This second location is right near the small waterfall in the northeast portion of the fishing hole.

    Just south of the waterfall lies a formation of three small rocks. The lure can be located on top of the middle one, of which is most easily reached with a backflip.
