    You can purchase Ganondorf from Lenzo the photographer. Zelda you'll have to get yourself.

    at the last battle you'll be able to take a photo of her (but be careful) and the last battle is the end of the game. and if you choose to start the game over it will keep all the figurines you've collected so far.

    also when you start over you will already have the colored camera, so try and have a empty camera before the last battle, or you won't be able to take photos of the pirates when you start over the game.
