    You need to first talk to the Picto Box guy at Windfall. He will start talking about a certain firefly in the Forest Haven. Get inside the Forest Haven(Favorite Place) and catch it in a bottle. It glows different colors. Take it back to the picto guy to recieve the Deluxe Picto Box!

    you talk to picto guy on windfall. do the three tasks he asks of you which are fairly easy and he will give you the delux picto box.
