Yeah my best way of explaining. So you and your partner have specific order of what throw's to do on both left and right side. The judges will Score your throws. Even the smallest thing to your belt being tied wrong could be the difference of 1st or last

Yeah. Originally girls weren't allowed to compete they could only do Kata. Which is the thing like dancing
