    Did you get the power bracelet? If so you can go back outside at the lot of the cave and go pick up the bomb flower and blow up the entrance to the next dungeon

    When you first enter the mountain there is a area blocked by rocks. These need to be blown up with a bomb or a bombflower. You can find one of these flowers after exiting the cave. Where I don't remember,but you pick this flower and throw the bomb down the cliff destroying the rocks allowing you to go in the next dungeon. I will give a screenshot where the bombflower is when able.
