Big Wallet: Collect 30 skulltula tokens and visit the skulltula house. Fire arrow: After the Water temple shoot an arrow at the (morning) sun. If needed, play suns song.

Kill Gold Skulltulas and talk to the kids on House of Skulltula. 10 - Adult Wallet (200), 30 - Giant Wallet (500). There are other rewards for 20, 40, 50 and all 100 Skulltulas. Fire Arrows - just after finishing the Water Temple (after the cutscene with Sheik ends), shoot an arrow into the sun during sunrise.
