    Don't even make fun about their species relating to sports, don't take there belongings, and NEVER call them a pet. A Lakitu almost got eaten because he told Yoshi, making a joke, "And don't eat the other players". Lakitu learned a very special lesson right there. Yoshi spoke in great anger at Birdo for taking his snowboard and pushed Silver & Shadow to the side to whoop their clones butts.

    And in Yoshi's Story, Bowser called him Mario's pet(odd since Yoshi never met or knew Mario at that point, because Yoshi was a newborn and Mario was also still a baby.)and blew him up.

    I totally agree! I don't get people who consider Yoshis as stupid, "pets", or just "Mario's steed". .....When they refer to him as those kind of things, it makes me angry. My brother being one of them. He thinks that they are stupid, and don't have much mental capacity. Not even enough to be able to learn to read, or speak another language. When it comes to Yoshis, he ticks me off sometimes.

    Show him the Yoshi trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Plus they know how to do all that humans do but learn faster. Just like Gonzales above. He's a high rank fighter at the Glitz Pits which is basically a famous fighting tournament, and he entered the Glitz Pits as a NEWBORN child. He even knew what was going on from inside the egg before he hatched.

    Doesn't matter. He wouldn't listen anyway. He just hates Yoshi. That's one reason why he can't stand my characters, and alternate universe. .....At least, from what he DOES know about it.
