    Hi! A week after you start the game (or development permit, not too sure), as the mayor if you enter the Town Hall, Isabelle will be asleep. Wake her up by talking to her, and she will add the Dream Suite to the list of town work projects. From there, it's the same as other work projects!

    (oopse, I meant "or a week after you get your development permit) One you've built the dreamsuite, you can talk to the animal inside and she'll explain how to visit towns and how to make your own dream address.
