Question

Does anyone know a pokemon that can learn cosmic power and baton pass? I thought of a cool strategy that involves a pokemon than can learn both those moves.

    Lopunny might actually be a better choice over delcatty, since it has better defenses and better speed. Plus klutz+flame orb+switcheroo could be useful.

    It cant be found in X/Y. You need to transfer one from an older game or trade for it.
