Have you used the lens of truth? You climb up thru the ceiling into a small room that has a key. Its been a while so i don't remember were in the training grounds it is exactly.

From the beginning of Gerudo Training Ground, go straight and enter the treasure chamber, them go left. Turn around and start climbing the railing. You will pass the invisible ceiling and find the last chest with a key.
